Getting Unstuck:
Improvisation and Polarity Thinking

Session 1 - 10/06/21, 5:30p-7:00p CDT

You probably aren’t pursuing self-improvement because everything’s peachy and all your goals are met. You want something to change.

Our first session cultivates a more improvisational attitude to accomplishing that change. You’ll learn three easy shifts in thinking to challenge your current approaches to getting better.

Beyond helping you respond more quickly to your own improvement needs, these are the foundational principles of the PLAY Polarities.

You, Inside and Out:
Organizing Self-Improvement Inputs

Session 2 - 10/13/21, 5:30p-7:00p CDT

You’ve listened to the podcasts, watched the TED Talks, read the LinkedIn articles. How much did they help?

Our second session dives into the top two quadrants of our PLAY Polarities model.

You’ll reflect and discuss your personal beliefs around self-improvement and explore how to organize those beliefs into a coherent framework.

This class will give you powerful questions to ask of the self-help content you’re consuming like: “Does this serve me?” “How does it fit with who I already am?”

We-Centering:
Organizing Your Approach to Relationships

Session 3 - 10/20/21, 5:30p-7:00p CDT

Should it be all about you? Should it not be all about you? The answer is, “it depends.”

Our third session focuses on the lower two quadrants of the PLAY Polarities model as a source of inspiration for identifying blind spots, reconciling conflicting perspectives, and becoming a better leader.

Using the principle of “co-humanity,” you’ll start evaluating your own self-improvement journey based on the changes you want to see in the world around you.

The Arrowglass Mindset:
Planning a Nimble Future

Session 4 - 10/27/21, 5:30p-7:00p CDT

What’s next? How do you apply what you’ve learned to a world that is constantly changing?

Our fourth session focuses on quickly integrating, internalizing, and mastering new self-improvement content. You’re not only learning more effectively; you’re building better, longer-lasting habits based on that learning.

You’ll learn how to move through the model quickly to figure out what a situation needs and address it with agility, creativity, and grace.
