The heart of our company is one simple framework to make sense of everything you read, listen to, and do to improve. Personally and professionally. Individually and collectively. Everything. Through our blog posts, events, and development programs, you’ll learn more about the model, its components, and its applications.

Our goal is to build meaningful connection between the new things we learn and the firm foundation of what we already feel control over. We use our 4-quadrant model with our newly acquired learning to promote:

• Integration: Understanding the connections and contradictions in the different ways we try to improve and developing more alignment and synergy

• Internalization: Making new learning “real” for ourselves. Going beyond knowledge and skill retention to draw new knowledge, skills , and attitudes into our self-concept

• Mastery: Taking what we learned to the next level by incorporating and improving it with our other understanding
