Stop saying:
“Tried that. Now what?”
Get Better at Getting Better
You know how everyone wants to get better at work and life, but then... don’t? It’s because they don’t know how to make self-improvement effective.
We teach people how to organize their approach to improving themselves and their teams, so they can achieve their goals with quality, simplicity, and joy… and fewer podcasts.
Are you a growth-minded professional wanting to improve yourself in work and life? Do you keep consuming videos, podcasts, and articles but still not seeing enough results for the time you invest?
Our new course, Get Better at Getting Better, teaches you simple tools to organize your self-improvement learning, remember it, and habitually use it in the right situations.
4 Wednesday evenings in April: 4/7, 4/14, 4/21, 4/28
90-minute conversations: 5:30p-7:00p Central (UTC-5)

Learn a revolutionary approach to improving yourself and your team.
What you’ll learn in each session:
Getting Unstuck:
Improvisation and Polarity Thinking
Session 1 - 4/7/21, 5:30p-7:00p CDT
You probably aren’t pursuing self-improvement because everything’s peachy and all your goals are met. You want something to change.
Our first session cultivates a more improvisational attitude to accomplishing that change. You’ll learn three easy shifts in thinking to challenge your current approaches to getting better.
Beyond helping you respond more quickly to your own improvement needs, these are the foundational principles of the PLAY Polarities™️.
Mapping It Out:
Organizing Your Improvement Inputs
Session 2 - 4/14/21, 5:30p-7:00p CDT
You’ve listened to the podcasts, watched the TED Talks, read the LinkedIn articles. How much did they help?
Our second session dives into one organizing framework for all those Improvement Inputs.
You’ll learn how to critically evaluate how well a new piece of self-improvement content aligns with your current repertoire.
This will boost your retention and application because you won’t just be passively consuming, you’ll be “meaning making.”
Making Connections:
Developing Your Improvement Insights
Session 3 - 4/21/21, 5:30p-7:00p CDT
What if you were your own best guru? Or, at least, your own best coach?
Our third session uses the PLAY Polarities™️ model as a source of inspiration for identifying blind spots, reconciling conflicting perspectives, and becoming a better leader.
Using the principle of “co-humanity,” you’ll start evaluating your own self-improvement journey based on the changes you want to see in the world around you.
Moving Forward:
Building the Application Habit
Session 4 - 4/28/21, 5:30p-7:00p CDT
You probably don’t consume self-improvement content “just for fun.” You’re trying to change your behavior long-term.
Our fourth session focuses on quickly integrating, internalizing, and mastering new self-improvement content. You’re not only learning more effectively; you’re building better, longer-lasting habits based on that learning.
You’ll learn how to move through the model quickly to figure out what a situation needs and address it with agility, creativity, and grace.
